I have over ten years of experience and am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gestalt, Psychodynamic, and Emotion Focused Therapy. My goal is to come alongside you, help you develop effective coping strategies, and support meaningful change in your relationship with yourself and your emotions.

In addition, I specialize in Spiritual Integration. This involves collaboratively working with you to incorporate Christian faith into the therapeutic work and treatment plan.
